Bundle of pasta brick
200 gr cod ready for cooking
2 potatoes 1 onion 1 clove garlic

Boil 1 liter of water, with a few stalks of parsley and 1 clove of garlic dress.
Soak the salt cod to a boil again, turn off the heat, cover the pot and soak until it cools down. Drain well and crumble into small pieces. Cook in lightly salted water itself, the potatoes cut slices. Slice the onion thinly and brown in a little oil, without letting it brown, add salt. Combine cod, potatoes, onions, black olives and a tablespoon of chopped parsley. Season with olive oil, pepper and salt.
Place 2 tablespoons of mixture in the center of a sheet of brik dough and close a bundle.
Brush with a little oil and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 '.
