Ho comprato un po' di tempo fa dei bellissimi bicchierini monoporzione, e finalmente è capitata l'occasione per utilizzarli! Consiglio la ricetta agli amanti del cioccolato: è una vera bomba (Including calories, unfortunately!)
INGREDIENTS (10 cups): 100 g

  • Altrettanto zucchero togliendo 10 gr
  • 1 bustina di lievito per dolci
1 dose crema di menta da preparare con:
  • 40 g of water
  • 60 grams of mint syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 gr sugar 60 gr flour
  • 30 gr soft butter
  • 500 ml milk
  • a pinch of salt

Arriva direttamente dal mio quadernone di ricette sul quale annotavo quelle che mi colpivano ed ispiravano di più . Questa mi era piaciuta subito , e come spesso capita è iniziato il periodo ….cake di banane di Robuchon :-) anche perchè era sempre ….gentilmente richiesto .

Ingredients for 2 people

about 160 grams of noodles

...forse guardando le foto … si capisce meglio :-)
Cospargere con lo scalogno tagliato piccolissimo , un pizzico di sale affumicato , e un pizzico di pepe . Mettere su carta forno e cuocere a 200° per 5' . Deve rimanere morbido ed umido all'interno . Scaldare in forno il tortino , posizionare la coroncina e condire con l'olio aromatizzato .
