Muffins al panettone, seconda versione!

I got this recipe from the beautiful blog Donatella, who inspired me now! The idea of \u200b\u200bthe crust teased me, and I wanted to try it right away, especially before you finish the cake! I had to make some slight variations, because I was missing some ingredients, but I could not wait! It was worth, good Katherine!
INGREDIENTS (for 8 muffins): 100 g panettone
, 150 g of yogurt, 125 grams of 00 flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 35 g oil seeds, 40 g sugar, 1 vial of aromatic lemon / orange, 1 egg, 1 pinch of baking soda, a little 'sprinkle of sugar cane at the end.

Crumble the cake and put it in a bowl flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar, mixing well, in another bowl combine the yogurt, olive oil, the tube, the beaten egg and mix well.
Combine the two mixtures, stirring slightly. Fill muffin molds, sprinkle the surface with sugar cane. Cook at 180 ° C for 15-18 minutes while the toothpick test.
