I love the dishes, I save time and effort, as I have to devote to the preparation of a single dish without thinking of matching the first / second ... I like to make pies, pasta bakes, stuffed breads, pizza, focaccia, and then I love the agglomerations of carbohydrates. That said, you can imagine my reaction when I saw that Eleanor Butter and Honey launched this Contest .... Well, I almost made the jump with joy! For this race I'd like to propose a stuffed bread that I make often on Sundays, is very versatile in that, when prepared in large format, works as a main dish, while little ones are better trained to take to a picnic instead of sandwiches. Here's how:
Ingredients: 100 ml of milk
50 ml of olive oil
300 gr flour 1 egg 00
60 grams of grated parmesan cheese 1 cube of yeast
½ teaspoon sugar 1 heaping tablespoon of salt
Tomato sauce mozzarella
2 125 gr
Thermomix into the jug of oil, milk, yeast and sugar and heat for 1 minute at 37 ° speed. 2. Combine the egg and mix for 10 seconds at vel. 6. Add flour, salt and grain and knead for 2 minutes at vel. Spiga. Remove the dough from mixing bowl and spread it as a rectangle, prick with a fork and spread the filling: in this case I chopped 2 mozzarella with a little 'of tomato sauce and a pinch of salt, but I also tried to fill with Sausage and Branzi, fontina and ham ... the original recipe from my presenter fornitami Thermomix provided slices mortadella and ... well you can really stuff as you want! Once you spread the filling, roll the dough on itself forming a roll and let rise for about an hour, covered with a cloth wet. This time I rolled the dough after I ordered a ring, and the rise has become bloated and looking round. Other times I leave the roll straight, or others do several small rectangles and once rolled crescent-shaped bend them, like brioche. However, after rising, bake in oven at 180 degrees, taking care to put on the bottom of the oven, a bowl of water. When cooked, let cool and serve. Done!
With this recipe I participate in the Contest Butter and Honey
