was a bit 'that this recipe was stationed in my bookmarks, and I finally found the right occasion to use it Monday there will be Emma's kindergarten Christmas party, and there will be an auction pies, to pick up a bit 'of money, which can never have enough! This year I decided to dare something new! Thanks as usual to Cindistar, that always offers mouth-watering recipes! The original post can be found here . The idea is original: a vessel with all the dry ingredients to make delicious cookies!
INGREDIENTS (for 1 barrel of capacity 1l):
250 g 00 flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 pinch of salt 200 g dark chocolate (in drops or chopped) 100 g brown sugar, 100 g of sugar, 100 g of corn flakes crumbled by hand, 100 g of hazelnuts (or other dried fruit), coarsely chopped.
Take the jar, clean and perfectly dry, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, beat well and put in the vase on the table to eliminate any gaps. Add corn flakes and always beat on the table with the same procedure to add, in order, chocolate, brown sugar, granulated sugar and hazelnuts. Close tight, and the vase is ready!
When you seize a sudden attack of hunger, the contents of the vessel overturned in a bowl, add 125 g very soft butter and 1 large egg, mix together and formed many balls as big as ping pong (or Course, for the more sophisticated!). Place them well apart on the plate, lined of baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for 13/15 minutes.
If you want to give it away, write a nice label with the ingredients and the "assembly instructions", a nice bow, and go!
