Diagram Of A Torn Rotator

presents Paris! Braised

We did it too! Like other foodblogger, and passionate about food, we finally we managed to leave for Paris.
We are a nice group of 8 friends, we met through blogs and forums with a kitchen, and it is time that we organize this trip to Mecca for gourmets.
Da Dehillerini i commessi , Scared to death of not being able to get rid of us, around closing time, one of them, he stood at the door and close each time one of us was leaving the store.
The fear was that we could fall so much! Cecilia
to cry. ... Run !!!!! reminds us that we have no time to lose! We go from
Detou, Valrhona chocolate, gorgeous vanilla beans, dried egg whites, fruit pectin for jelly, plain ice cream, stabilizer, in short, the wonderland. Since we have the best Mora: molds of all kinds, special tools, cutters of all shapes, spray coating or a sweet brown chocolate velvet effect , We did not miss anything. I was too busy to do damage, so I made a few photos, but would have been even funnier if I had recorded the comments and urletti ... .. Girls! Urletti that can not be defined as such, when the library gourmets, tell us that the next day there was Pierre Herme to present his latest book.
Saturday morning after we had glazed eyes from Fauchon and Hediard, a snow excites us Place de Vosges. We're so well that we decided to be even better, by ordering a coffee with cream in a nice bakery on the square, with a window framing a piece of garden.
The highlight of the day, is the date with Herm. The happy face of Clare, says a lot, and I save the description of the meeting.
The other step is to "The Great épicerie de Paris", whatever one may think about food, it's there. And 'forbidden to photograph, but in the pastry department, I also managed to steal 2 photos. I almost did, but it was worth it, no? Pied de cochon
Dinner, order: onion soup, foie gras, cheese selection, and more. For the ladies, of which I will not name ... ... plateau royale! Tired but happy, back to the hotel, laden with packages bearing a weight that rivals the port of camallo Genoa. The next morning we are up early in front of the bakery Lenotre, for breakfast, and also for the second, as they consume the first croissant, we return now to choose a different trick! In
rue de Rosiers, we expect wonderful boulangerie and lunch at Chez Marianne. In our dishes: Tabula, Tarama, hummus, falafel, chicken liver pâté, pastrami. Local friendly, good food, good company! The last toast is made in Paris, the promise to repeat an experience like that, too! Thanks to all the friends in Paris and all the readers who have come to the end post :-)
