PASTA AND POTATO FILLING: LONG LIVE THE KITCHEN LEAN! BISCUITS

Ce ne vorrebbero altre di parole per parlare della pasta e patate:economica,invernale,veloce e poi e' pure un buon patto unico!
Insomma ,approfittiamo di questi ultimi freddi (e' dura dirlo il 7 maggio!ma e' cosi'....)per provarla!
Ingredients (for 2):
-1 onion -2 large potatoes
-100 grams of smoked cheese or soft cheese (I had a gruyere, and there was also good!)
-rosemary-thyme (just picked from my jar!)
-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce salt and pepper-
-virgin oil -1 clove of garlic (I used garlic and freeze-dried to me 'more' delicate)
. cut the onion and cook it in a little 'oil with the garlic (if we use the freeze-dried garlic instead let's put it later, if not you will burn')
. when the onion and 'golden dried and add the potatoes cut into cubes (the size will affect the dice 'on cooking time)
. Let the potatoes from browning a bit 'with salt, rosemary and thyme (a covered pot for 10 minutes on medium heat)
. Add 3 heaping tablespoons of tomato paste and water (about 750 ml)
. Cook in a covered pot for about 25 minutes
. add the pasta and cook
. add to fire off the cheese and let melt the
