MY MARRIAGE: 10 good reasons to do it!

5)Perche' ha piccole manie che mi fanno ridere :calzini a righe sempre e ovunque,giocattoli di latta che invadono il suo studio .Non butta nulla !Fossero pure i biglietti di auguri del suo settimo compleanno!

6)Perche' non e' un uomo che deve avere il primato sempre e comunque e se qualcosa riesce meglio a me (tipo parcheggiare :D) lui lo ammette!

7)Perche' mi ha spiegato che esiste un modo rilassato di vivere nel quale non importano gli orari,le formalita' e la perfezione.

8)Perche' io ho sempre i piedi freddi e lui si offre spontaneamente per riscaldarli quando andiamo a dormire.

9)Perche' anche se certe volte mi vedo brutta lui ogni giorno mi ripete che sono tanto carina e ho tanti pregi.

10)Perche' ci completiamo:lui mi calma ed io lo incito.
Perche' lui ama il bordo croccante del pane ed io la mollica.
Perche' ci piace lo stesso gelato !
Perche' io gli ho fatto mangiare le verdure e lui mi ha fatto scoprire che adoro le noci e il gelato alla crema!

PASTA AND POTATO FILLING: LONG LIVE THE KITCHEN LEAN! BISCUITS

Una parola:goduria!
Ce ne vorrebbero altre di parole per parlare della pasta e patate:economica,invernale,veloce e poi e' pure un buon patto unico!
Insomma ,approfittiamo di questi ultimi freddi (e' dura dirlo il 7 maggio!ma e' cosi'....)per provarla!


Ingredients (for 2):

-1 onion -2 large potatoes
-100 grams of smoked cheese or soft cheese (I had a gruyere, and there was also good!)

-rosemary-thyme (just picked from my jar!)
-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce salt and pepper-


-virgin oil -1 clove of garlic (I used garlic and freeze-dried to me 'more' delicate)

. cut the onion and cook it in a little 'oil with the garlic (if we use the freeze-dried garlic instead let's put it later, if not you will burn')
. when the onion and 'golden dried and add the potatoes cut into cubes (the size will affect the dice 'on cooking time)
. Let the potatoes from browning a bit 'with salt, rosemary and thyme (a covered pot for 10 minutes on medium heat)

Tonight, as every day, I asked my prince charming to do a dance.

GNOCCHI WITH BACON AND GREEN CHIVES

Here a recipe for dummies!
